caused by lifestyle changes. Women are more likely to be affected by this

family life. Due to lack of awareness, they do not care about diseases. So
experts mention it as a reason for breast cancer.
Lack of exercise and physical activity:
Nowadays most of the people are addicted to different types of digital devices including mobile phone, TV. Physical work is less for that. This is more common in women. As a result, women suffer from excess obesity. One of the causes of breast cancer is excess obesity.
Intake of junk food:
Nowadays we eat a lot of fast food leaving out balanced food. As a result, our nutritional deficiency is not met properly. If this is the case, there is a possibility of breast cancer.
Late pick-up:
Most women these days have children late. Most women want to have children after 30 years. Many types of complex diseases appear in the body if the child is born late. If this is the case, the chances of getting this cancer are high.
Expressing reluctance to breastfeed the baby:
Most of the mothers these days do not want to breastfeed their babies or those who work cannot breastfeed their babies due to lack of time. All these women have a high risk of breast cancer.
Spots on the armpits:
If there are moles in the armpits, there is a possibility of getting breast cancer.
Birth Control Pills:
If a woman has been using contraceptives or birth control pills for a long time, she is at risk of developing breast cancer.
Alcohol consumption:

Surgery:

Mastectomy:

to destroy cancer cells. Doctors give chemotherapy to prevent the cancer from
reoccurring and spreading throughout the body. If the tumor is too large,
doctors try to reduce the size of the tumor before surgery. The risk of
recurrence of cancer is greatly reduced by giving chemotherapy.
What are the ways to prevent breast cancer?
If the following rules are followed properly, it can be possible to reduce the risk of breast cancer to a great extent without medication.
Raising awareness:
Breast cancer is mainly caused by lifestyle changes and lack of awareness. Most of the women spend more time taking care of the family and as a result are not aware of their body. If any disease occurs in the body, they do not take it seriously or do not want to talk about it with shame. Doctors said that first of all, awareness should be increased.
Develop daily exercise habits:
People who do daily exercise and physical activity have a lower risk of developing breast cancer. For this reason physical exercise should be done for about 30-40 minutes every day. And also should do more physical activity without sitting for a long time in one place. As a result, the blood circulation in our body is correct.
Controlling body weight:
One of the leading causes of breast cancer in women is excess body weight. Therefore, if you control your body weight, it is possible to reduce the risk of getting this cancer to a large extent. So you should avoid eating all the foods that increase body weight. You should refrain from eating excess oil-fatty food, junk food.
Consuming fibrous foods:
Fiber foods are very beneficial in preventing breast cancer or any cancer. These foods contain estrogen which helps reduce the risk of developing cancer. Green leafy vegetables such as date vegetables, cauliflower, cabbage, beans, fresh fruits should be eaten more. You can also eat onions and garlic regularly. Onion, garlic are more effective in preventing cancer and eating them raw is more beneficial.
Breastfeeding the baby:
One of the reasons women get breast cancer is because they don't want to breastfeed their babies. Therefore, to be protected from cancer, the child should be breastfed regularly.
Avoiding sweet foods:
If you want to prevent breast cancer, you should first avoid eating sugar or sweet foods. Because sugar helps cancer cells grow. For this, sugary foods should be avoided.
Drinking green tea:
Green tea is very effective in preventing breast cancer. Greens contain a compound called EGCG that helps stop the growth of cancer cells.
Consuming good fats:
Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids help prevent breast cancer. Fish oil is good. It contains Omega-3 fatty acids.
Quit smoking and drinking:
People who smoke and drink regularly have a higher risk of developing breast cancer. That is why you should stop yourself from smoking and drinking alcohol. And keep yourself away from people who smoke.
